We received reports from users about Kopernio opening multiple authentication windows at the same time. We are working on a fix to this issue right now, and we will keep you all updated.

In the meanwhile, you can change how and when Kopernio activates in your Chrome browser. There are two ways to do this:
1) Go to your extensions settings page by pasting this shortcut chrome://extensions in your address bar. Click the Details button to access the settings page:
On the settings page, go to Site access and select "On click". This way, Kopernio will not activate on article pages unless you click the icon (located next to your address bar).
2) The other way to do this is by right-clicking on the Kopernio icon. From the drop-down menu, please select "This can read and change site data" and select "When you click the extension".
